I was a yo-yo and lost some painfully big pots with very good cards. I managed one or two knockouts before the stack sizes shrunk compared to the blinds. I found AATT double-suited on the button and raised. The UTG player limped (who was quite short-stacked, so I found this play astonishing) decided to defend with 5c Tc 8c 9s and got excited by the 5h 4c 2c flop. He rivered the flush and I was crippled.
Fortunately, I got the first free seat as an alternate in the blogger cash game. I was able to double up and then some as I did my bet to enter Fuel's OBFV contest with the following entry (sadly I hadn't topped up to the full $60 buyin after a nasty river card in the previous hand dipped me a wee bit below a starting stack):
Full Tilt Poker, $0.15/$0.30 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 9 Players
SB: $28.30 Breeze81
BB: $84.45 riggstad
UTG: $103.80 twoblackaces
UTG+1: $93.60 schlepp571
UTG+2: $26.60 nocabford
MP1: $94.60 Fuel55
MP2: $60 pokersLOL
CO: $31.60 DubsPoke
Hero (BTN): $56.15
Pre-Flop: A

UTG folds, UTG+1 raises to $1, 3 folds, CO raises to $3.45, Hero raises to $6.90, 2 folds, UTG+1 calls $5.90, CO calls $3.45
Flop: ($21.15) T

UTG+1 checks, CO checks, Hero bets $8.30, UTG+1 calls $8.30, CO folds
Turn: ($37.75) 9

UTG+1 checks, Hero bets $40.95 and is All-In, UTG+1 calls $40.95
River: ($119.65) 8

Results: $119.65 Pot ($3 Rake)
UTG+1 showed Q

Hero showed A

I tried another one with a nut straight but the river card killed my action by putting four to a straight out there. Since I had the stone cold nuts, however, I overbet hoping my victim would felt with a worse straight.
So even though I busted out of Skillz a few places short of the points, it was a profitable and fun evening of card-slinging.
