Vegas Anticipation

I can't believe I missed going here on my first trip to Vegas, since I've inherited the pinball bug from my father, and we often try to meet up for some quality time competing at our favourite machine(s) at a downtown arcade (he usually crushes me; he's remained king-of-the-hill even as I grew up and was able to outpace him in athletics).

So, I guess it won't be wall-to-wall poker + mild debauchery come December. We'll have to wait and see if I rage solo to the museum, or if anyone else is interested in going.

That looks awesome! I probably blew the kids college fund growing up feeding those things. Heck...I'll even be in Vegas in a couple of weeks playing in a poker tournament at the Venetian...hmmm...maybe...

Hmm, interesting. I live in LV, own a 1990s pinball machine (Star Trek: The Next Generation, currently on a truck from NYC to LV) and have never heard of this place.

My all-time favorite game was Xenon. A woman moaned and said "sexy" stuff like "Enter Zenon" and "Try a tube shot."

My fervent born-again roomie refused to play the game!

I highly recommend you figure out a way to hook up with VinNay. Great guy and the same passion for the games we all played as errrrrr... well.... still play actually.

I had no idea F-Train was a "ballah" but another great guy to spend a little quality time with. So I say make it a group trip for some fun.

Enjoy it and remember to take a lot of notes! Those of us held back by corporate Canada are counting on all the great recaps!

I'd like to check that out as well. Though I can't provide you with a personal recommendation from any of the Tuckfards.

I'd be up for a trip to the pinball museum as well.
